The room was bright, brand-new, and equipped with smoke detectors for safety.

Liked my single room. There were an electric kettle, fridges and kitchenware upon arrival.

Fine base for 3 nights in Skegness. Spotless room with table and chairs. - Particularly good breakfast. - Outstanding food for breakfast. - Great and lovely location. - Close to the Tower. - Close to a bus stop. - In a domestic area

The staff were excellent , and breakfast was excellent too. It was nice to have fridge in the room.

The down side was the bed it was terrible , the room had abit of a smell to it .It was ok clean but not too my standard . There was no bath mat to step on out of shower.

Marvellous location in all directions to the town centre, affable staff, everything was great. Our single room was immaculate with a comfortable chair and kettle plus tea. An electric kettle, fridges and kitchenware were nice. Location: the hotel was next to all pubs as well as beach and pier.

The room was just right and well-kept, plus it had a camp bed for my son. the staff were really nice and helpful, and the location was spot on - super close to everything! 🌟

We had a lovely time at sunnyside, the owners were nice and friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was Lovely, and the room was just right for us. Would deffinatly go and stay again.

What I loved about this place were the convenient amenities like a hairdryer, kettle, and coffee/tea setup in the room. the beds were super comfy, I slept like a baby! the location is also fantastic. the staff were really nice and welcoming 😊.

could do with decorating bit dated nobody has chipwood and artex walls and ceilings you can tell the decorating is amateurist at moment were its been painted
